Footwear, apparel and gear that is new and unworn can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. TRUE will provide a prepaid FedEx ship label for your original return. Just set up your return through our returns portal linked (https://truelinkswear.com/apps/returns) below. TRUE is not able to offer exchanges for orders placed through Facebook or Instagram. We suggest setting up a return and placing a new order for your preferred item. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Items returned must be in new/unworn condition to be eligible for full refund.
