Ensure the proper fit within 30 days.
Please try on your items to ensure size and fit before removing any tags or wearing/washing. If something is not quite right, we are here with options to help within 30 days of receipt.

Free Exchange
Need a new size or color? Rest easy, as new and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear can be exchanged for free, once within 30 days. Limited to 1 free exchange for size or color.

Free Return for Store Credit
Want something different? New and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear can be returned for full store credit (digital gift card) for free. Once store credit is issued, it is not refundable to the original payment method.

Flat Rate Returns
Just want a refund? New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund back to original payment. A shipping fee is withheld from the refund and TRUE provides a prepaid return ship label.

The above applies to domestic orders. Original shipping fees are not refundable. For APO boxes, Puerto Rico and US Territories, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please email us at [email protected] to request a return authorization.

Second Chance and Final Sale items are excluded from all return policies as they are not eligible for return, exchange, or 30 Day Trial.
