Refund to Expired, Lost or Compromised CardUpdated 8 months ago

Once an order is placed, we do not have the ability to edit banking information. It is a good idea to verify expiration dates, and information prior to placing your order. 

If the wrong card is used on the order, we will cancel the order and have you replace the order using the correct card.

If your card has expired, been lost, or stolen please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance in obtaining your refund. Our default will be to issue full store credit for any refund we can not process due to a lost, expired, canceled or updated credit card.
