First, make sure you’re not just standing in a puddle barefoot. Next, if it’s happening while you’re in your TRUEs, we warranty our footwear for waterproofing for up to 2 years depending on the model (this means 1 replacement pair within 2 years of original purchase).

If your shoes fall under this warranty, please reach out via email and present the following info to speed things up: 

• Order number / Proof of purchase including place, date, price purchased
• 1-2 photos of your pair and current condition showing any areas of concern
• Model, color and size of your pair
• Your full name, shipping address and phone
• Any note on conditions and issue experienced

 One of our Customer Care team members will work with you toward a resolution quickly! We will review each case independently and reserve the right to warranty a pair or not warranty a pair at our discretion.
