Exchange & Store Credit Processing
Once your return is delivered back to TRUE HQ and processed by our returns team, your exchange order will be placed or your store credit will be issued. This typically happens within a few business days of us receiving your return. If you're returning for a refund, TRUE inspects returns by hand to confirm items and condition, so please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to process and settle from the time your return is received and processed.

Refund Processing
If you mailed back your return, once delivered to TRUE HQ and processed by our returns team, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your return to process and your refund to be issued. If you dropped off your return at a boxless/labeless drop-off location, please allow up to 20-30 business days for your return to process and your refund to be issued. Our returns team confirms and inspects every return by hand before approving a refund, so we appreciate your patience.
