Heel-to-toe drop
It is the heel height differential between the heel and the forefoot thickness of the platform (insole + midsole + outsole) of your shoe, typically measured in millimeters. Another way to express this is toe-to-heel rise. And if a platform is completely flat, meaning no elevated heel, this is called zero drop.
