Typically we suggest just hand washing the shoes by using warm water, a mild soap (a bit of detergent or oxy cleaner can be helpful) if needed, and then a rag or old toothbrush. 

You can gently brush the mesh and rubbers to remove any dirt or debris and then rinse clean. You should remove the insoles & laces and run them through a delicate cycle in the wash (or by hand) if you would like to refresh them.

Then just air dry your shoes in a warm spot - out of direct sunlight, or near a heater so they dry more quickly. Do not place them in the dryer, this will ruin the pair.
