We have never been more excited about the future of TRUE and overall growth however we are still considered a small business compared to those big footwear manufacturers. Therefore, our business is subject to much higher shipping and logistics costs which are ever-increasing. In an effort to ensure we can continue offering the premium and quality products and service you expect from TRUE, certain Shipping, Returns and Trial policies have been updated and are effective beginning November 1, 2024. 

Shipping: We now offer free Economy (ground) shipping on orders over $150. Orders under this amount are subject to a flat $9 shipping fee. Actual shipping costs are generally higher, so we can only offer free shipping for orders over a certain total.

Exchanges: Within 30 days of receipt, for new and unworn footwear, apparel and gear, we have you covered with a free one-time exchange’

Return for Store Credit: Within 30 days of receipt, for new and unworn footwear, apparel and gear, we offer a free return for store credit. No fee applies however, store credit is non-refundable once issued.

Standard Refund: Within 30 days of receipt, new and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned for a refund, a flat $9 fee will apply, and TRUE will provide a prepaid return shipping label. 

To minimize waste, we encourage items to be tried on before being worn or washed. The flat return fee helps offset shipping costs and the time required to inspect and restock returned items

Footwear Trial: We want you to be thrilled with your new TRUE footwear so we still offer a limited 30-day trial for any new footwear purchased directly through truelinkswear.com. We suggest trying on your shoes inside, before they are worn, to ensure proper fit and feel. However, if you do wear them outdoors and determine they’re not ideal within the first 30 days, you can arrange a one-time return for store credit or standard refund. A $25 trial fee will be deducted from your refund and a prepaid return ship label will be provided. 

Once again, our goal is to minimize any waste of product and this limited fee allows us to continue to offer a trial.  It also helps offset some shipping costs and gives us the opportunity to make every effort to restore returned footwear for our Second Chance program or donation.

Limited to one pair of worn footwear per calendar year. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Not applicable for purchase made outside truelinkswear.com.
