Help I Can't Find My Order!Updated 2 years ago

If your tracking is saying that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, don’t worry! Breath, we will figure this out! 


First look all over your property, mailroom, front desk, and the neighbors to see if it is stashed out of sight, or delivered incorrectly. 


If you still can't find it, we ask that you wait 72 hours from the delivery notification to reach out to us. Sometimes a package will be pre-scanned by the driver a few days before actual delivery occurs.
