All TRUEs are actually unisex and we do make several models and offer them in full women's sizing which could be converted to youth sizing.

The conversion between our men's and women's sizing is 1.5 sizes, therefore a men's 7 is the same as a women's 8.5. Our women's models are listed in women's 5.5-11 in half sizes, and our men's models are offered in men's 7-12 in half sizes and then 13, 14, 15 in whole sizes.

We do not make any official junior/youth golf shoes in full youth sizing yet, however, if you were looking for a youth or men's 4, it would be the same as our women's 5.5 option.
