All TRUEs are actually unisex and we do make several models and offer them in full women's sizing. Check out our women's models here:

Women's TRUEs

The conversion between our men's and women's sizing is 1.5 sizes, therefore a men's 7 is the same as a women's 8.5. Our women's models are listed in women's 5.5-11 in half sizes, and our men's models are offered in men's 7-12 in half sizes and then 13, 14, 15 in whole sizes.

We do not make any official junior golf shoes, however, if you were looking for a youth or men's 4, it would be the same as our women's 5.5 option.
